SOLARIUM
This album is from the perspective of plants. It’s what I think they hear from when they absorb water as a seed for the first time, to their arms breaching the soil, to the troublesome insects that try to destroy them, and the beautiful ones that spread their pollen. It matures and blossoms. And is then used in bouquets for condolences, or for romanticism. Some are gazed at in amazement and some are consumed. Some aren’t meant to be consumed. Some aren’t meant to be touched. Some give us the sense that they feel and think, are alive and aware. Some we walk by and most are never seen. Some will last forever and might be able to teach us a thing or two. If you’ve got the time we should talk about the plants, join me in my solarium.
